This weekend Hunter Farms will be attending the 14th annual For Women Only Expo at the Bayfront Convention Center with our Fresh Little Farm Girl line of all-natural Soaps and Bodycare products. The event is aimed at providing education, entertainment, and unique products particularly tailored to women's needs and interests. Hunter Farms is proud to be a part of this event, beginning Friday October 10th and running until Sunday the 12th, and we very much hope to see you there!

CSA Distribution Bin Reminder
As a continuing reminder, we ask that all CSA participants please remember to return their distribution bins each week. Sustainability and food safety are of supreme importance to us, and these reusable bins, which are sanitized each week, are an important part of our efforts to operate in a sustainable, responsible manner. This week's CSA distribution includes beautiful Chinese Rose Radishes. In contrast to spring radish varieties, this hearty winter radish is more flavorful and stores well for significantly longer than its earlier counterparts. Eaten raw they have a spicy zip that adds a great deal of flavor to mixed vegetable salads, while cooking them tempers, but does not eliminate their bold flavor.
