| Now available at the Farm Store |
In addition to growing quality organic berries and vegetables, Hunter Farms has been handcrafting artisan bar soaps and formulating and stocking select body care products since 2009. This week, we are pleased to present two new additions to our Fresh Little Farm Girl line. Castile is the "jack of all trades" soap. We have bottled what we consider to be the finest available in our two most popular scents, lavender and lemongrass. These generously sized 32-ounce bottles will go a long way for personal hygiene and household cleanup chores.

Buried treasure
|
Of all the harvest chores throughout the CSA season, we take the greatest pleasure in digging potatoes. Even using our middle buster plow, there are always a few that remain buried. Probing with our hands in the soil is the only way to ensure we get them all. Dirt under our fingernails from our rich organic soil is a pleasure indeed.

We continue to stock two gourmet, seasonal flavored coffees from Happy Mug Coffee of Edinboro. Locally roasted by Happy Mug owner Matt Shay, they're delightful compliments to crisp fall days. According to Shay, Apple Pie is a smooth, sweet coffee with a hint of fresh, juicy apples and Pumpkin is akin to creamy, warm pumpkin pie in your coffee mug, almost enough to make someone who doesn't like coffee change their mind. These limited-time coffees are available while supplies last at the Saturday Store. Stop out and pick some up!
