Honey-lovers rejoice! As you can see above, goldenrod is in full bloom at the farm and honey bee activity is high. Beekeeper Al Machinski is anticipating a heavy flow of goldenrod honey, a honey that can range from a bright gold to quite dark in color and which is extremely aromatic and incredibly flavorful. We can't wait to start stocking Machiniski's local, raw goldenrod honey in the Farm Store.

This week we're happy to begin offering two excellent, seasonal, flavored coffees from Edinboro's Happy Mug Coffee. Locally roasted by Happy Mug owner Matt Shay, they're delightful compliments to crisp fall days. According to Shay, Apple Pie is a smooth, sweet coffee with a hint of fresh, juicy apples and Pumpkin is akin to creamy warm pumpkin pie in your coffee mug, almost enough to make someone who doesn't like coffee change their mind. These limited-time coffees are available while supplies last at the Saturday Store. Stop out and pick some up!

We're also very excited to announce another new product in the rapidly expanding Fresh Little Farm Girl line of natural home and bodycare products.
