NOW essential oils

This week we're pleased to announce the addition of NOW aromatherapy oils to the farm store. NOW creates the purest and most potent oils through steam distillation and cold pressing techniques, resulting in products free of additives and solvents. They're perfect for use with aromatherapy diffusers or in a relaxing bath. We trust their quality and purity so much that we even use them to scent some of our Fresh Little Farm Girl Soaps. They'll be available at the Farm Store, Saturdays 10am until 5pm and, coming soon, in our online store.

We're happy to announce some preliminary details of the 2014 CSA program. We've made some changes and we're confident that they'll contribute to a phenomenal season.
As a result of the feedback we've received from members and the CSA survey, we will streamline next year's program in several ways.
First, rather than offer full and half-sized shares, we'll be offering a single share size. The 2014 share will be equivalent to a half bushel, which the vast majority of shareholders chose last season. This size has proven ideal for individuals and small families and we encourage larger families and those interested in splitting shares to purchase additional shares. Additionally, the CSA season will be split into two halves, the first running for ten weeks from June 14th to August 16th and the second running ten weeks from August 23rd to October 25th.
Anticipate full details and the ability to sign up for the 2014 season next week. We wanted everyone to have an additional opportunity to provide feedback and we hope you'll do so. Please email us with your thoughts and suggestions at HunterFarms@Yahoo.com.
