Credentials Chronicles
News from Credentials Solutions
Dear Friends of Credentials Solutions,

2016 is off to a great start. We have experienced growth both internally, as we have been hiring new employees, and externally, with new institutions partnering with us each week. As we continue to grow, we are still focused as ever on keeping your data secure. I want you to know that you can count on us to make sure that your sensitive information is never at risk.

Take a look at the video above to learn more about our view on security and the lengths we go to ensure data is secure.

Sincerely,

Tom McKechney

PDF documents in and of themselves are not secure. There are many software programs in the marketplace that can easily create a PDF document. In fact, some fraudulent documents may look better than the original!

We recently contacted many of our client institutions regarding a Java JRE update that needed to take place on existing RoboRegistrar machines. We are now working on updating the IPP Printing process for many of our clients using our eSS or ToD platforms. Your Client Relationship Managers have already begun reaching out by phone and email to make you aware of the upcoming changes. If you have not already planned for the change, please be on the lookout for communication from your CRM.

If you have already been contacted but have questions, please contact your Client Relationship Manager as soon as possible to discuss.
