News from Credentials eScrip-Safe

Dear Friends of Credentials eScrip-Safe,

 

We're really excited that the merger of Credentials Solutions and eScrip-Safe is complete. It took a lot of hard work from many people. Credentials eScrip-Safe now serves a client base of over 800 client institutions and an estimated 5.3 million students. In addition, our electronic transcript network is growing everyday and approaching 3,000 receivers.

 

Our eRoboMail print and mail service is also live in Las Vegas. Transcripts are now mailed from Nevada or Illinois based on the destination zip code. The goal is to reduce mailing times for transcripts with destination zip codes west of Colorado.


Most importantly, we are more focused than ever on serving the needs of your institution, students and alumni. Our Client Relationship Management and Customer Service Representative Teams are larger than ever. We're committed to constantly evolving to meet the needs of Higher Ed and providing unmatched innovation, automation, optimization, security and service.

In my past life in the banking industry, my operations team's function was to move money where it needed to go, ensure systems were functioning to move the money and get deals funded. The focus was on the process, since another department handled the relationships. With Credentials being an outsource provider, I am still in the thick of the processes, but added the relationship piece to the job functions of the Client Relationship Management Group.
  
Credentials eScrip-Safe launches eRoboMail at Nevada Branch Office
  
Credentials eScrip-Safe is now printing transcripts through the eRoboMail service at its Nevada Branch Office. Transcripts will be mailed from Nevada or Illinois based on the destination zip code. The goal is to reduce mailing times for transcripts with destination zip codes west of Colorado.

Client Institutions now have the ability to turn off/on their Rush processing and Credentials-sponsored Federal Express shipping options on the "Ordering Options" page.

This function will be presented in two different categories; Rush Options (Rush Delivery to Recipient and Rush Pick Up) and Express Shipping Options. This feature allows you to schedule off/on dates to ensure these options are visible during the appropriate timeframe. Going forward, your staff can now control their expedited ordering options based on school closures and workflow capacity.

Meet Credentials
 

Veronica Jimenez is the Nevada Branch Manager. She joined Credentials in December 2013 and brought 23 years of experience in customer service, sales, print & mail operations, postal regulations and much more. At 17 years old, she and her sister started their own small business in Van Nuys, CA, L.A. Mailing Service, Inc, as a spin-off of her father's business Adwest Mailers, Inc. It was a service-based business offering Direct Mail Advertising and Printing & Mailing services to businesses across the U.S. but mainly companies located in Los Angeles County.

 

In 2001, she merged her business with Adwest Mailers and started in the sales department. She moved up through the company and moved to Nevada in 2010, working remotely and traveling to Los Angeles monthly. After all those years working for herself and travelling, Veronica is happy to be on the Credentials Team.
