News from Credentials Solutions

Dear Friends of Credentials,

As Credentials wraps up a successful 2014, I look forward to even bigger things for our client institutions and partners in 2015. We've been working hard to finalize the merger to form Credentials eScrip-Safe and bring you the largest originator and receiver of paper and electronic transcripts in Higher Ed. Our service capabilities will be unmatched in the industry and we look forward to continuing to serve your institution, students and alumni.

Have a safe and enjoyable holiday season with family and friends and look for some exciting new product enhancements in 2015.

Sincerely,

Tom McKechney

CEO

I am a "buyer" not a shopper and I love going to the Mall because it is so efficient. I enter through Neiman Marcus, buying nothing unless it is a special occasion when I buy some jewelry for my honey. I stop by the Walking Store for shoes, the Apple Store for gadgets, the Gap for t-shirts, Macy's for Levi's and get a snack at Burger King, while passing up all the other restaurants in the food court. In and out within about 30 minutes.

Recently Credentials gave its client institutions complete control over their banner messages. We are also giving Client Institutions the ability to turn off/on their Rush processing and Credentials-Sponsored Federal Express Shipping options on the "Ordering Options" page.

This function will be presented in two different categories: Rush Options (Rush Deliver to Recipient and Rush Pick Up) and Express Shipping Options. This feature allows you to schedule off/on dates to ensure these options are visible during the appropriate timeframe. Going forward, your staff can now control their expedited ordering options based on school closures and workflow capacity.

Please contact your Client Relationship Manager if you have any questions.
