Our commitment to serving your institutions, students and alumni separates us from the competition. We hear it all the time and take great pride in having that reputation. And now we're taking it a step further. Credentials has extended its customer service hours an additional 30 minutes. This decision allows us to more effectively serve the west coast. It's just the first step of many as we continue to provide world-class customer service.

Credentials Solutions extends Customer Service hours by 30 minutes
Credentials Solutions has extended customer service hours by thirty minutes. Students and alumni can call Credentials with questions from 7:00am CST to 7:30pm CST and get answers from live Customer Service Representatives. This strategic move is made possible through Credentials' investment in people and operational efficiencies at its Nevada Branch.

Secret Sauce
A couple of weeks ago, I was in my office in the afternoon and my phone rang. The call was coming from an unfamiliar number in a part of the country I do not frequent. I answered the phone and found myself speaking to the University Registrar at a prominent university. I was more than a little surprised but asked how I might be of assistance.

Meet Credentials Alliance Fun Run

Kevin Klemke is the Vice President of Application Development at Credentials Solutions. Kevin joined Credentials shortly after graduating from Loras University in May 1999.
He's played an integral role in the development of RoboRegistrar and continues to focus on enhancing its functionality. He's also spearheading the development of inbound and import processing directly into your student information systems.
As you see from the picture, Kevin had a successful Fun Run at the 2014 Alliance Conference. He finished 2nd in his age group.
Credentials Hits the Hardwood
The first Credentials Basketball Team had a great season. After getting off to a blistering 8-0 record with contributions all around, injuries took their toll and the team lost its first playoff game. Everybody had a great time playing together and enjoyed the support of co-workers that filled the stands each game!
