Dear Friends of Credentials,


These are exciting times at Credentials Solutions!  With growing support from the higher education community, we have expanded virtually every department in the company.  In order to continue to provide the level of service our institutions and their students have come to expect, we have added staff to our Client Relationship Management Group, added more programming staff and augmented our Customer Service Teams to meet the increased demand.


Making things even more interesting, we're opening our first branch office in Nevada. The branch will house additional Customer Service Representatives and serve as an additional print center for our eRoboMail service. This will result in shorter wait times for your students and alums, while accelerating mail delivery times of paper transcripts to west coast destinations. Check out the video to see how RoboRegistrar makes this possible.

Credentials Solutions is pleased to announce the establishment of its first branch office in Las Vegas, Nevada. Scheduled to be operational by January 2014, the branch office will house transcript print and mail operations as well as an expanded customer service call center serving students and alumni of client institutions. In addition, Credentials will be establishing a backup data center in Las Vegas to serve as a disaster recovery site.

As our world marches down the path toward electronic transcript exchange, I keep looking for parallels to the evolution of electronic payments...and there are many. The first and most obvious parallel is the large number of "institutions" that ultimately need to jump on the bandwagon.

On Thursday, November 7, 2013, we modified our daily eRoboMail process to also offer same-day printing and mailing of First-Class Mail® "Rush" orders that have been completed prior to 1:30 p.m. Central Standard Time each business day.


This new service is in addition to our existing mid-afternoon FedEx processing stream that already provides same-day service for FedEx orders completed between midnight and 3:00 p.m. each day.
