Since entering the online transcript ordering business in July of 2001, Credentials Solutions has completed orders for more than 13.7 million transcripts. As nearly 3.9 million transcripts have been completed in the last 18 months, you can deduce that our growth is increasing at a rather dramatic rate. Being an Innovator
A couple of weeks ago, I was notified by clients that a certain non-profit had contacted them with a request to observe the processes supporting Credentials' transcript print and mail service - eRoboMail. It seems this same non-profit is considering offering such a service, which Credentials introduced in 2011.
Credentials Solutions Helps California Community Colleges Get Qualified for Mini Grant Program
Credentials Solutions helped 18 California Community Colleges get qualified for one or more CCC Electronic Transcript Mini Grants. Under Assembly Bill 1056, California Community Colleges were required to convert from a paper-based transcript process to an electronic system. The state assembly approved a $5,000 mini grant for each of the following options implemented and functional by June 30, 2013:
- Implement the Ability to Send and Receive transcripts electronically
- Integrate with Campus Systems
- Respond to Electronic Requests
For our client institutions with electronic transcript capabilities, we have two new features available within our Registrar Support System application.
The Electronic Partner List provides users with a list of current partners which are receiving EDI and/or XML transcripts.
The Sender/Receiver Statistics Report provides users with the following capabilities:
- Show My School - Detailed list of the institution's top 50 recipients and their receiving methods.
- Senders for a State - Will list all Credentials' client institutions within the selected state which are sending transcripts; and detail the methods by which they are sending.
- Receivers for a State - Will list all institutions to which Credentials' client institutions are sending transcripts for a selected state; and detail the methods by which they are receiving.
