These classes are designed by Jay Dicharry, PT, SCS to maximize your fun on the mountain and minimize your injury risk, whether you surf the snow on one plank or two.
Classes utilize stations, drills, and strength training to build a foundation of balance, agility, flexibility, and explosive force.
