Dear Dixie Alumni,
February is a busy month for Dixie State University as the Presidential Search Committee meets to gather input on the next President of DSU. The next public meeting for Alumni and the Community is February 12, 2014 from 7:30-8:30pm in the Zion Room of the Holland Centennial Commons Building.
This month the Sears Invitational Art Show will feature artists from Utah and around the country starting February 15, 2014. There are a lot of upcoming DSU Basketball games this month! February 11 is our traditional "White-Out" game against BYU-Hawaii. White-out T-Shirts will be given while supplies last so get to the game early! We encourage you to attend and don't forget to use your Alumni Card for 2-for-1 game tickets.
D-Week is April 8-12. Dates of events are posted on the Alumni Homepage so please save them on your calendar! Construction on the 'University Clock Tower' began last month and the framework is now in place. It is anticipated the overall construction will be completed within 90 days.

Tickets were sold out with over 1,100 people in attendance. All proceeds went to the DSU Needs Based Scholarship program. Special thank you to the Scholarship Associates and to the DSU Student Alumni Association for all their hard work and dedication in making this event a success.
