Provincial Review of Biosolids Storage, Use Underway

A Tuesday morning clinic heard an update from the Ministry of Environment (MoE) concerning a scientific review that may lead to regulatory changes concerning the use of biosolids. Recommendations arising from the review are slated for release in December of this year. Read more 
Funding Announced for Safe Drinking Water

Following a commitment made at last year's Convention, Health Minister Terry Lake today announced $500,000 in funding for the BC Water & Waste Association to help communities address small water systems challenges. Read more
