New Minister, Deputy for Local Government
 Cariboo - North MLA Coralee Oakes has been appointed by Premier Clark as the Minister of Community, Sport and Cultural Development. Minister Oakes' Parliamentary Secretary is Linda Reimer, MLA for Port Moody-Coquitlam. Rebecca (Becky) Denlinger, formerly BC's Fire and Emergency Management Commissioner, has been appointed as the new Deputy Minister for local government.
