Greetings!
Are you currently or have you recently lived through personal, major life changes? Are you feeling stuck and/or hopeless and wondering what on Earth is going on?
I do not claim to know the whole truth behind these changing times, but I will say without a doubt, we are going through an awakening, a quickening in our awareness. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have noticed tremendous changes occurring very rapidly in my clients' lives. This unstoppable process is forcing us out of our comfort zones in order to live from a higher level of consciousness. No matter how frightening or difficult it may seem, the best course is to accept what is, let go of the old ways and move forward.
An effective way to move forward is to incorporate daily practices that help us ground & center in the NOW moment, upgrade our energy fields and connect to the web of life through meditation, journaling, yoga, drumming, dancing, chanting, art, nature, animals, gardening, etc.

April 4-6: Travels to California
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, with over 22 years' experience in the counseling field, I have noticed this awakening in growing numbers of people, and I feel greatly honored to serve as a supportive witness and guide for others in this process.
Always seeking to update my professional skills, I am happy to announce I will be traveling to the Institute of HeartMath in April to receive training and licensing in the HeartMath System. This system teaches simple exercises for self-improvement in mental, emotional and physical balance, a balance that is essential to attain in order to traverse these volatile times in our awakening process. I am excited to add these helpful techniques to my counseling practice and to share them with you in the future! |

The Web of Creation is a sacred, transforming and empowering practice that employs gentle movements, chanting and honoring one's connection to the Earth & Cosmos.
Susannah teaches the workshop in four hours; drumming, facilitating and creating a safe and sacred environment for participants to step into the NOW moment and connect to their abiding Divinity within.
The practice itself takes only 10 minutes a day to perform, and the benefits are many: grounding with Earth, aligning with the Cosmos, integrating body/mind/spirit, releasing fear and the illusion of separation, activating the balance of one's inner masculine/feminine energies, and claiming one's true nature as co-creator of one's life.

April Fool's Leap
One of my favorite cards in the Tarot is the Fool. He is the ultimate archetype of the part of us who takes a leap of faith, regardless of fear, and begins the new journey. Do not let his name "fool" you. This is NOT the foolishness of thoughtlessness. It is the quality of trusting life and having faith that if you leap the "net will appear".
It is no small task, leaving behind what is known, and venturing into the unknown. Yet, when you look back over your life, isn't leaping into the unknown something you have done over and over? And do you see how each leap has led to more self awareness, greater awakening and rewards you were not expecting?
What does leaping require of us?
-letting go of ego identity
-aligning with higher power
-willingness to "feel the fear, but do it anyway"
-willingness to change
-willingness to not know the outcome
-love
-faith
-a big yell!
Do you notice how much willingness is involved? It is always a choice, and we fare best when we do it consciously.
I invite you to look at what is emerging in you that requires taking a leap. What are the fears that hold you back?
Are you willing to feel the fear,
but do it anyway?
