Meditation:
Creating the Highest Possible Future
Breathe in........Breathe out
Become aware of all that is present in the NOW.
Be awake and aware to
all that is present in your body, mind, and emotions.
Taking your time, breathe in LOVE...
center and focus in the Heart.
and breathe out worry, tension, and fear.
Through the Heart, breathe in LOVE...
Breathe out as you affirm:
I AM clear and free of past, present and future fears.
Breathe in .........Breathe out
As you keep clearing with the breath,
feel yourself release ego identity
and expand into LOVE.
LOVE is ALL THERE IS.
Releasing, relaxing and letting go
into the LOVE....
Once you feel fully centered in the NOW/LOVE
start to use your imagination.
Place your focus in the third eye.
Breathe in and out through the third eye.
Call upon your Spiritual Support Team
to help you build your Highest Possible Future (HPF).
See before you a blank screen
and start to see yourself in all your glory,
radiating perfect health, joy, abundance, love and peace.
Feel your heart blossom with pure joy
as you witness the unfolding of your HPF Self.
There are no limits and restrictions.
Take your time.....
NOW, step into this perfect Being that you are.
Feel the wonder of your beauty.
TASTE...TOUCH...SMELL...HEAR....SEE
the perfection of your HPF.
Move around in this joyful Being
and see yourself surrounded
by all the things you wish for
in their highest form:
a beautiful home, fulfilling vocation,
harmonious relationships, loving family,
peaceful and cooperative community,
optimum health, abundance of resources,
joyful creative expression......
NOW, expand this vision out into the whole world.
See and feel EVERYONE living as their HPF Selves
and the radiant, joyful world that unfolds as ALL
manifest this dream together as ONE divine family
living in peace and harmony, sharing abundance and joy
in a pristine, stable and loving world.
WE ARE NOW ONE
in higher consciousness.
The Earth NOW radiates harmony as
ALL AWAKEN
and exercise Divine Oneness with Divine Intent.
Take plenty of time to rest
in the Truth of this new reality....
Anchor this reality
through feeling
AS IF
it is happening NOW,
for in Truth
there is only NOW,
and this new world
exists NOW.
Feel this....
Know this...
and feel your heart expand
in deep and joyful GRATITUDE
for the existence
and truth
of our new world.
Create an open dialogue
with your HPF Self,
asking for and receiving
guidance, support and encouragement.
Know the HPF Self is already
Living joyfully
in this new reality
and s/he is
loving you into the NOW!
BE your HPF Self sending Love
and support to the Present NOW.
Your HPF Self sends gratitude
to the Present NOW
for you to use as support
as you journey into the new reality
you are creating.
REST in the truth of this....
And when you are ready
Go forth with a spirit of
enthusiasm, excitement and expectancy.
Be at Peace.
As you work with this meditation/visualization, and you go about your life, practice seeing evidence of this new reality daily. Whenever you encounter the old paradigm playing out in any arena, take a breath, expand your identity beyond ego/fear, talk/listen to your HPF, and relax into the Truth of this new world.
