LV-2 Parking Passes for night baseball games are now available in my office. The first Cubs night game is April 9th. Passes were mailed out last week to registered car owners in the LV-2 area. If you did not receive your passes in the mail, you can come into our office at 4243 N. Lincoln Ave. The requirements for the passes are listed below. Requirements for Residents in the LV-2 Zone: - Proof of Residence: a valid lease, recent utility bill sent to your address or valid photo ID with your correct address.
- Chicago City Sticker: the number on your sticker must be provided.
- Current vehicle registration: license plate number must be provided.
By bringing the information listed above into our office, you receive a permanent (round decal) LV-2 sticker, two one-day guest passes, and one permanent guest pass (AKA "Nanny Pass"). Additional one-day guest passes can be requested as needed. If you do not have a city sticker you cannot receive the permanent decal, but with proof of residence we can provide the permanent guest pass for you to use throughout the season. Requirements for Businesses in the LV-2 Zone: In order to receive permanent LV-2 passes, please submit a request on company letterhead which includes each vehicle's make, model, license plate and city sticker number (if an employee has no city sticker, we will issue a permanent guest pass). If you require daily guest passes, please include in this letter how many you will need for the entire season and the reason for these guest passes.
