"Marketing to Different Generations: Challenges and Opportunities" is the focus of it's new research project in partnership with Multifamily Executive's Concept Community Project 2015. The study will investigate how generations, especially baby boomers, differ in their rental, communication, and language preferences. We invite you to participate in this study. If you make your communities available for the survey, you'll receive a proprietary report on your portfolio's responses compared with the aggregate report.

Announcing the 2014 TOP 35 Properties for 
Excellence in Customer Service

J Turner Research announces the 2014 Top 35 Properties for Excellence in Customer Service . This annual recognition is based on the Turner Apartment Loyalty Index™,  a key measurement metrics of our Resident Survey Program. Developed after extensive research, TALi™ is a statistical model that predicts customer loyalty by focusing on certain aspects that correlate with positive resident behaviors. The TALi™ Index is a numerical value assigned to each resident response. It minimizes variations based on product or market differences. Additionally, TALi™ allows benchmarking and trending to help identify best practices and recognize outstanding performers.   

 

To be eligible for this recognition, a property should have been on the TALi™ program for six months and it should have received a minimum of 20 responses.
