Our first edition of the ORAŠ Power Rankings showcased the nations top 50 communities for the best online reputation across multiple review websites. But keeping in mind that "all real estate is local," this month we went a step further (by orders of magnitude), and carved up a state-wise map in the process.
Highlights:
- So, which state is home to the happiest residents? Against a national average of 52, the highest score was found in Washington, D.C., where the district-wide average was 57.
- The lowest state-wide average was found in North Dakota with 41.
- From more than 52,000 properties ranked: With an ORAŠ score of 95, The Kensington, in Boston, managed by Bozzuto, is the top property in the nation.
