Summer is here and we are loving every minute of it! We have so much going on at Copper Point right now, it is hard to fit it all in one newsletter! All of these things we have going on just means more opportunities for all of you to get out and Golf!

What's Happening at Copper Point

Our next Nike Demo Day is Saturday, July 9th, 10:00am - 4:00pm.
 
Canucks Junior Golf Week is back and Copper Point is pleased to be participating once again! You can find out all the details about this great week of golf here.
 
Lions Charity Golf Day is Tuesday, July 12th on The Point Course - $65 green fees includes cart, driving range and tax.
 
This Sunday & Monday we will be aerating The Ridge Course. Reduced rates will be in effect from Monday June 27th till Thursday June 30th. Regular rate is $80 - Aeration Rate is $57.
 
Sunday, July 3rd and Monday July 4th we will be aerating The Point Course. Reduced rates will be in effect from Monday July 4th till Thursday July 7th. Regular rate is $100 - Aeration Rate is $85.
 
Great news! The Par 3 Shoot-out is back for 2016 on Saturday, October 1st, 2:00pm shotgun start on The Ridge course. Stay tuned for more details!

Groups of 8 or larger can send in a tee time request for this season to info@copperpointgolf.com to book today! Our online booking system only allows for a foursome to book. Please contact the Golf Shop at 1-877-418-4653 for groups smaller or larger than a foursome.
The View Restaurant

The View Restaurant is open 6:00am - Late every day, seven days per week. The patio at The View is a great place to stop in for a cold drink or appie as well! See you soon!

Daily Lunch Features for $12.99, served with our homemade soup, salad, or fries.

Every Sunday morning is our Eggs Benedict Feature with chef selected ingredients and our delicious homemade hollandaise for only $12.00!

Snips Sundays
 happens every Sunday, or on the Monday of a long weekend, starting at 2:00pm. Cost is $60 which gets you 18 holes of golf with power cart, a $10 voucher in The View Restaurant and $10 towards Snips and $5 towards the team game. Call the Golf Shop for more details. 
 
Support the new Columbia Valley Centre when you play The Ridge Course or The Point Course after 3pm, Monday to Friday for the month of July. $30 on The Ridge Course and $40 on The Point Course, $5 from each green fee will be donated to support our new Community Center.

Westside Legacy Trail
 
We are exited to continue our support of the Westside Legacy Trail and there are only four days left! From Monday to Thursday for the month of June on The Ridge Course after 3:00 p.m. golf for $30 (includes cart, tax and range) $5 from every green fee will be donated to the Trail. 
 
To date, we have raised $8,540! Help us make it to our $10,000 goal!

Copper Point Golf Academy

This is a great time of year to work on your golf game. The Copper Point Golf Academy is ready to help you achieve your goals with a specially designed program to fit your needs. We can collect all the data needed to analyze your swing with FlightScope and our PGA of Canada Professionals can bring it all together to make this your best season yet!

Thursday nights are Ladies Night at Copper Point with different themes every week. You will get 1 hour of instruction, 9 holes of golf with cart and some shared appetizers with a beverage at The View Restaurant for only $55. Don't miss it!

Aeration at Copper Point

It's the season for punching holes! Our upcoming aeration dates, June 26th & 27th on The Ridge and July 3rd & 4th on The Point, may sometimes seem like an inconvenience for golfers, but they are an important part of keeping our golf courses in top playing condition throughout the season. Our Head Superintendent, Mike Knowles has written a great article outlining our process and how it makes the greens better for you!
