Contemporary Dance Technique( for all levels)
The Contemporary class is a study of the body through both aerial and floor movement phrases. The main focus is to find correct body alignment in place  and in space. The dancer investigates change in level, flow, dynamics, directions in order  to attain  clarity and musicality in movement and performance techniques.


Class begins September 10th

Ms. Wiegers Studied at the Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance in NYC and the Harkness Annex with Maria Vegh. She performed with the Charles Weidman Dance Theatre NYC, Concert Dance Company Boston, MA and was the Artistic Director of the Saco Valley Dance Collective North Conway ,NH,  Ms. Wiegers  originally created and directed the Plymouth State University Dance Program and the New Hampton School Dance Program. She presently teaches at the Sant Bani School, Sanbornton, NH. Stone Garden , New Hampton NH and the Northeaster Ballet Theatre,  Dover NH and is a guest artist through the New England area schools.
