A new five-story hotel with 128 rooms is under construction in Pittsburgh, PA.  This project is pursuing LEED certification and will open June 2015.

Continental Building Systems is currently under construction on the first Giant Eagle store in Indiana.  This Market District store totals 117,500 sf and will pursue LEED certification.

Also under construction is a 6,000 sf GetGo convenience store and fuel station.
  

These stores are slated for a Fall 2015 opening.

CBS recently completed the renovation of an existing Marcus Theater that included the addition of the UltraScreen concept.  The seating was converted to DreamLounger reclining seats and the lobby was renovated to add the Take Five Lounge and Zaffiro's Pizzeria & Bar.
