To All Department Personnel,
 
Due to the lack of legal overnight parking options for visiting families and friends during the holiday season, City Council has voted to temporarily waive enforcement of vehicles blocking the sidewalk overnight between the hours of 10P.M. and 6:00AM. (Sec.50-37,1c). This waiver will take effect immediately and will run through Monday, January 4th 2016.
