REPEAT: RENTAL ORDINANCE STATUS: It's now been verified by the Supervisor of Elections that enough signatures were collected by the petitioners.  The next City Council Meeting will address one of the following: 
1. Repeal the Ordinance
2. Change or modify the Ordinance.
3.Send to referendum.  They could call a special mail-out ballot (cost is about $40-50,000) OR next election cycle is March 2016 Primary
