CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING UPDATE.   1. Council agreed to hire Weiss Serota as it's legal council.  2. Council rescinded the action it took last week regarding Utility Assessments on vacant lots and 3. The second reading of the Rental Ordinance has been continued to the March 16 Council Meeting.
