To help inform you about what other employers are doing, Cascade Employers Association is partnering with the Employer Associations of America (EAA) to conduct the 2016/17 Business Trends Survey of local, regional, and national business trends.

  

Last year, top executives for over 1,200 organizations participated in the survey, representing all 50 states.

  

  

Your survey responses should reflect your top executives' views regarding business trends, including organizational changes, staffing/hiring, retention, pay strategies, etc.  The survey consists of 23 multiple choice questions and only requires about 20 minutes to complete.
