Begin the program with a half-day orientation session, leaving with an assessment of your organization's HR programs, a professional development plan, and recommendations on your electives.

  

100 Level - HR Fundamentals: Perfect for those newer to HR, or those seeking to expand their general HR knowledge. Includes six half-day elective courses.

 
200 Level - HR Professional: Designed for the more experienced HR professional, this track assumes you have a solid understanding of the fundamentals and are seeking more specialized knowledge. Includes five half-day elective courses and puts your knowledge to the test in two hands-on, highly interactive labs.
