 Correction: Final FLSA Overtime/Exempt Rule Released by DOL
  
 
  
In our previous email regarding the release of the final FLSA overtime/exempt rule we stated that the new salary threshold will increase from $455 per week ($23,660 per year) to $913 per week ($47,446 per year).
  
However, $913 per week is $47,476 per year, not $47,446. $47,476 is the correct amount in the final rule.  We apologize for that miscalculation.
