Employers required to file an EEO-1 report (any company with 100 or more employees, or any federal contractor with 50 or more employees and at least $50,000 in federal contracts/subcontracts) have an additional 30 days to submit their report(s). The deadline for filing has been extended to October 30, 2015. Please note: for those federal contractors who are also required to file a VETS-4212, the deadline for submitting that report has not changed. VETS-4212 reports are due by September 30, 2015.
