 OFCCP Issues Helpful Compliance Documents

  
 
  
The OFCCP has recently issued two documents that may be useful for you and your employees in meeting your Affirmative Action obligations.
  • Checklist for Compliance with Section 503. This is a comprehensive checklist that covers everything required for compliance with Section 503. Please note that this checklist ONLY covers Section 503 compliance and does not address compliance with VEVRAA or E.O. 11246. This checklist includes all required actions for federal contractors as well as recommendations from the OFCCP, which are not strictly required.

  • New infographic "Am I A Protected Veteran" that helps employees/applicants determine if they are a protected veteran covered by VEVRAA. This flyer can be printed and handed out to employees during orientation when they have to complete self-identification forms, posted where applicants/employees can view it, linked to the company website where candidates apply for open positions, etc.
