We know that Lent is not practiced in our belief system, but we do wonder if you have thought about sacrificing old habits for practicing Meditation and Prayer for a long period of time.

This could be something wonderful that you could continue for the rest of your life.

Compassion

It is very easy for us to make statements about things that we have no idea are happening in the life of an individual. May we here at Universal Wisdom Fellowship suggest that compassion be expressed always toward others, for we have no idea what a person may be experiencing since we do not live their life.

Sometimes, our statements are supported by jealousy and sometimes simply by unawareness. Whichever, it means that we have something to learn.

In The Revealing Word by Charles Fillmore he states that "an eternal tenderness and mercy exists in the heart of God and that Our Heavenly Father holds this for His children. We can find reference to this in Psalm 145 verse 8. He makes a distinction regarding "human compassion" as a characteristic of love and mercy prompted by an understanding heart. He states that a compassionate mind sees the error, but does not condemn.

You see, Jesus did not see errors either. Since this is what most Religious Organizations cherish at this time as Lent, let us become more like Jesus and refrain from seeing errors that others make. This is not that it is alright to harm another and get away with it, it is simply that if a person redeems themselves, then certainly we can accept the redemption.

STEPS TO OUR FATHER'S HEART

In the Scriptures there are Psalms that gives us steps to the heart of Our Father. It begins with Psalm 120 that gives us the first step to Our Father's heart. These Psalms are called "A Song of Degrees." It is stated that when Mary was a little girl, she was taken to the Temple and she climbed these steps very easily. Let us see what she learned.

I have stated in a past article that we are to read the Scriptures - NOT the BIBLE, because when man does not understand something he has a tendency to change it to make sense to him instead of asking Our Father to explain it so he can understand.

Each one of these degrees is like a step that climbs or leads to Our Father's heart. When we understand these steps, we will have the key on how to get to Our Father's heart. After asking our Father what to do, we are to watch, listen and hear Him telling us what to do. He loves us. In fact, He loves ALL of His children. That does not mean that He KNOWS ALL of His children.

No one can get to His heart without this help from Him. The FIRST DEGREE (Psalm 120) is about being HONEST! We are to refrain from lying, telling lies, liking lies or being with those who LIE!

This may be very difficult particularly if marriage is involved, but please understand that when the person's mouth is open, what comes from them could be a lie. It means that we are to refrain from believing in that person.

A person who lies want to make war with you. You are to learn to share nothing with the person who cannot be honest.

Incarnation

Unlocking the Mysteries of Life and Death concept. Two human figures join together with bright rays and keyhole between them. Symbolic drawing that can mean many things like near-death or reincarnation
Mysteries and Esoteric Science Concept
Unlocking the Mysteries of Life and Death concept.
I know you have heard about RE-incarnation, but this is different. Incarnation is the rebirth of the soul for the purpose of improving past karmic actions. If you have a Science of Mind Textbook, read page 383 paragraph 3. There you will understand a little more of what is stated here.

On February 16, 2016 as I was journaling with Yeshua, the necessity in understanding the importance of asking Our Father to answer our doubts or misunderstandings came up. I wanted to know that if I had lived before in another lifetime, could I remember what I did or who I was in that life.

I think this has been on my mind since Year I in the Science of Mind Class when a classmate made this statement. "I have been back here so many times. I think this is my last time to be incarnated." She was not talking to me, but I was very close and heard what she said. Since that time, I have wondered about how many lifetimes I have lived.

We meet people all the time that feel familiar to us as if we know them or have known them before, yet they appear to be new to us.

This was answered by Yeshua by saying to me that the people we meet we have met before in other lifetimes. He told me that no one is really NEW to us.
I know this is saying that we probably met Yeshua (Jesus) before also, before he became the Christ. After all, we can find many lessons that the generations of Jesus is 42. The most important question is this. Does this mean that Jesus lived in each of those generations?

If that is TRUE, what do you think such understanding will do to our Religious beliefs? He did answer me by saying that I did know him before.

Now, my question is to you. Maybe this is the reason when Jesus met Peter, he recognized him from a previous lifetime and the reason for his statement, "Thou art Simon the son of Jona: thou shalt be called Cephas, which is by interpretation, A stone."[1]
This entire LIFE THAT WE LIVE is nothing to play around with. I believe that Our Father constantly says, "Do not hurt My Children." Do we pay attention to this or do we think that Our Father knows nothing of what goes on with His children?

It is important that Our Father knows everything that is going on with us, but He cannot interfere! We have to ask Him for what we want and that means also in keeping us safe, sane and secure as well.

I trust you will question Our Father regarding this article so that you will understand TRUTH. If you are sincere, He will answer you.

GOOD Things to Think Upon

The Heavenly Host

The Heavenly Host contains millions of Holy Angels that serve Our Father, His Heavens, Earth and His Universe.

There are many writers regarding the Holy Angels, but I was informed that it is best that we go to Our Father or to Jesus in order to receive assistance from them. We know of Archangel Michael, Archangel Raphael, Archangel Uriel, Archangel Gabriel, Archangel Jophiel, Archangel Zadkiel, and Archangel Chamuel.
We may even have had experiences with these Holy Beings, but they have informed me that they can do nothing unless we ask and then they have to check with "The Holy One" before they can work with us.

Therefore, if there is something in our subconscious thinking that one of the other Holy Angels is to do, it is best that Our Father direct them.

I have read where a particular Holy Angel is good for something that a person is experiencing or wants to excel in, but Our Father may know that one of His other, Holy Angels is best for that individual. We are to abide by what Our Father knows, for He knows more about us than we know about ourselves. Besides, when we learn about incarnations, we will better understand the reasoning for these statements.

To hear the wonderful acts that others have experienced with The Holy Angels is marvelous. However, we do know that what is good for one may not be good for another. It is no different when it come to The Holy Angels.

Motivational saying that when you forgive you are not giving up, but you are moving forward in the future
Forgive and Forget

This is a teaching in which you may have thought just as I did. How can we forget something that was done to us when it  was so very hurtful?

Well, maybe when Jesus taught this concept, he knew something that we do not know and still do not know.
This is the explanation revealed to me on February 23, 2016 in my journals. You can find this teaching in the Scriptures of Matthew. Remember, Matthew was a Disciple of Jesus when he walked the Earth. You can read this in Chapter 6 where we also find the prayer that Jesus taught the Disciples on how to pray to Our Father.

Now to the teaching of "Forgive and Forget." Jesus explained to me that whenever a sin, error or mistake is committed and we ask forgiveness, it is wiped away, cleansed, purified, never to be remembered again.

If we look in the Scriptures in Matthew, chapter 6, we will read about forgiveness. We find it in verse 14 where it tells us to forgive others so that Our Father can forgive us.

Thus, when we fail to forgive others, we remember our mistakes. Therefore, we have NOT forgiven someone for a mistakes they have made toward us.
When we find it hard to forget our mistakes, it is because we hold something against another. If we forgive them, we then forget our own mistakes. That is the meaning of "Forgive and Forget!"

Higgaion (Pronounced "hig-gah-yon")

This is a Hebrew word and no, neither of us speaks Hebrew. This word was introduced probably many times, but I paid attention when it came up in Psalm 9 verse 16. You no doubt have seen it yourself when reading the Psalms. It is mentioned in the margins of Psalms 92:3.

The very interesting thing about this word is that it means metaphysically to think deeply about a specific Truth. Most of the time this Truth is just presented to our consciousness and we begin to meditate upon that Truth or contemplate the Truth of it.

My question is this: How deeply do we think about anything? If you entertained the teaching of Science of Mind, did you think deeply about this before deciding to study it? Did you bring your whole being into thinking about what Science of Mind really is about or did you simply want to study something different?

These may be hard questions to answer, but they are valid. We, as humans, sometimes fail to take seriously all the steps in what we are doing at any one time. Therefore, we sometimes falter in new things.
Contemplation is really an inspection into what we think. We may observe certain Truths and we may even scrutinize them, analyze them, but do we make a thorough examination before we begin.
