Bartholomew, One of "The Twelve"

"When the faculties of the mind are understood in their threefold relation-spirit, soul, body-it will be found that every form and shape originated in the imagination." [1]

Bartholomew represents the IMAGINATION, and his position in the body is between the eyes.  He is number six of "The Twelve" Disciples of Jesus.   

When Jesus walked the Earth, his Disciples were in the hundreds, but "The Twelve" are the ones who walked with him for about three years.

We all use the faculty of imagination every day, when we think, speak, see, and act.  The faculty of IMAGINATION is very important and we use it to bring all our thoughts into visible form.  We are unaware that is what we are doing.  With our imagination, we can make people or break people, make things bad or make things good.

If we want to succeed in life, it is helpful to think constructively.  Developing the IMAGINATION faculty with affirmative thoughts, ideas, and pictures or symbols is the right path.  Of course, we all know that anything in our world can be negative and it can be affirmative.  Thus, we are to decide how we will live our life.

The IMAGINATION faculty works by way of pictures, single, simple pictures.  If we give the subconscious mind mostly negative pictures, when we need it to return an affirmative answer it returns the negative.  We become concerned because we wanted what we were asking.  However, the subconscious responds to what is dominant in the subconscious mind.  We are to remember that the subconscious has no power to initiate.

If you find the IMAGINATION faculty is returning the opposite of what you are praying for or affirming this is a good time to journal with Jesus or Our Father.  Using this method, you can ask questions and receive answers.

The faculty IMAGINATION is the most difficult to describe, because all things in our life springs forth from it and it involves dreams and visions.  That is the one reason the Bible is so difficult, for we must interpret it in symbols.

The key in interpreting dreams and/or visions is for us to interpret our dreams and visions symbolically.  As we understand the visions, and we see the meaning in our night visions symbolically, we realize our subconscious mind is sending us messages.

In Peter's Sermon in Acts 2:17-18, he reminded us of the words that were spoken by the prophet Joel, "When the last days come, I will give my Spirit to everyone  Your sons and daughters will prophesy, Your young men will see visions, and your old men will have dreams.  In those days I will give my Spirit to my servants both men and women, and they will prophesy."[2]

Eric Ackroyd's, A Dictionary of Dream Symbols is a very good book to have in your library, and of course, The Revealing Word, by Charles Fillmore.  These Dictionaries will help in understanding symbols.  The Revealing Word gives metaphysical meanings and uses of words and phrases in the Bible.  Mr. Acklroyd's book is more psychological.  The choice is yours.

Many problems confront us because of what we image in the mind.  It is judicious for us to come from a well-thought-out plan of every occasion we encounter in our life.

What Is Prophecy?

There was a time when I felt Prophecy was simply something that the Traditional Churches liked to talk about, but the DVD "The Prophecy of Israel" changed my mind.

I now know that the Bible speaks TRUTH and it is important that we get full understanding of what we read in the Bible.

Thus, it is of upmost importance that we read it and read it and read it some more until we understand what the verses mean. When we fail in our ability to understand it, it is wise to ask Our Father to explain what He wants us to know.

There is so much that man says is unnecessary or Truths that man felt is confusing and left it out of the Book that we read. If you have ever come to verses that appear to have no explanation, as if something is missing it could be that there are things that someone did not want us to know. If that IS true, that makes it difficult to understand the TRUTH that is there.

If you read "The Lost Books of the Bible," some of the answers are there. You may wonder why I feel this so important. There are many prophecies that have come true, and these prophecies were predicted in the Old Testament long before Jesus was born.

Therefore, what IS prophecy? Prophecy is Our Father's Word that tells us what may happen if we fail to do what He has asked. As I understand, there are seven prophecies recorded mostly in The Old Testament and six of those prophecies have been fulfilled.

1. Gathering of the people is fulfilled.
2. Reestablishment of the state of Israel is fulfilled.
3. Reclamation of the Land is fulfilled.
4. Revival of the Language also fulfilled.
5. Resurgence of the Military is fulfilled. This was about Israel's six-day war and they won that war.

This is the sixth prophecy.

1. Refocusing of the prophecy. With this fulfillment, the Jewish people have reoccupied Jerusalem and the Golden Gate is closed and will not open again until the Messiah returns (more on this in Part 2). Five of these prophecies were fulfilled in the 20^th Century, and prophesied by the Prophets, Amos, Ezekiel, Zephaniah, Isaiah, Joel, and Samuel thousands of years earlier. The sixth prophecy is about Israel being the focus of politics.

The seventh prophecy is yet to come. I have to research this one. There are those who call this prophecy Armageddon.

Lovely people, it is foolish to act illogically believing that we are being very positive by not listening to what the Prophets of old have to say.  

Remember, anyone can be negatively positive, but no one can be negatively affirmative. It is wise and prudent to follow the teachings of Jesus. That is the most practical thing to do.

We will do more research regarding this topic and Prophecy. We will continue before the end of the year. This is a very important topic as so much is happening in the East around Israel and Jerusalem today and it affects many Nations. It is essential that we understand the Old Testament as it relates to the New Testament and Jesus Christ.

If you recall, when Noah was making preparation for the end of the world, the people laughed at him and did all kinds of mean things until the door was closed on the Ark. Then they all wanted to board the Ark. Be wise! Learn! Read! Study!  

When Our Father says He will do a thing, He is honest, truthful and does it.

I have suggested that it would be wise to purchase the DVD "The Prophecy of ISRAEL".

A Day in the Mind of God

I know there are several articles that contain the message that a day to Our Father is like a thousand years. I want to tell you that February 17, 2011 I asked Jesus about the words relating to a day being as a thousand years and what that really means. He answered.

"In this physical world on this Earth man sees a day as 24 hours. The Creation of things, mountains, hills, birds all animals, and man took more than 24 hours to create and set it perfect.

How many cloud forms are there? You taught this to your Elementary students. Storm clouds of all kinds had to be set. The formation of how they could appear, the many different ways and what clouds meant as they appeared in different areas

Meteorologists had to know what they could hold, what the color of each one would tell them. They needed to know how the mind of man would observe them, and what this kind of storm cloud would do for man, where they would go, and so many other things. This was simply one cloud.

All kinds of things were planned, laid out and then an Angel had to be assigned to be in charge of them. Many things with just clouds were created and there were many other things that had to be created regarding storm clouds, winds, breezes and that which is associated with weather.

Twenty-four hours is your time, which I also planned. All of this was well planned and laid in place as creation was not a zip and zap idea. Creation was well-planned and set where a man or an evil force could never change anything that was created.

A thousand years was necessary to make creation a success and when the 1000 years was up, I then pronounced it GOOD. I have given you just an idea of a simple cloud formation, which man looks at very innocently and gives little thought to the work that I placed in it.

This is an answer to a question. You can get answers to your questions if you want an answer. You may simply journal and question either Jesus or God, Our Father.
