A Consciousness of A World At Peace

I believe every living soul at some time in life has felt the thrill of God's peace. Even in today's world of rushing here and there seemingly day and night for so many; however I imagine there are moments when a sense of wonderful peace is felt, a release throughout their being when they know that regardless of appearances everything is right and true.

As we look at our world today and our personal assignments, we do not know how this could be true, for sometimes there is no evidence in the outer, but still we know.

I believe there are no idle bystanders in this world. All members of humanity are in this together and we each contribute to the beliefs that perpetuate present and future global peace in our inner worlds and allow it to extend to uplift all of humanity!

Recently, I was viewing some astronauts photos I must have viewed many times before, but this time my feelings and visualization were different. Most of us have seen the beautiful photos our astronauts have taken of planet Earth suspended in space.

In these photos, there are no borders, no conflicts, no fears, just one peaceful world floating perfectly along its path. From this view, we do not see issues and problems, just the solution. From this view, we view our planetary home as a whole, living, organism, not as a bunch of separate parts. This is the vision we need to create, feel and sustain through our mind heart and spirit, then bless and send forth with the love we all truly share.

I believe and have personally experienced that our powerful loving thoughts are a transforming device. To understand the power of this activity of consciousness, we need to see its purpose and how it truly relates to our everyday world. To use our loving thoughts are to utilize our wonderful minds in a way that produces results. Sometimes I sit quietly, think on a normal people scale of 1-10, and wonder how many of us really realize our mind is a wonderful creative power. When I really realized and caught it in the true sense of understanding that whatever we form in our mind and have faith in, will become substantial. Wow! What a personal shift and transformation of consciousness.

The power and peace behind such a personal transformational experience can literally change anyone's life into that happy peace filled feeling that allows you to keep on, keeping on in today's world experiences. Nothing is going to happen in our experience of a genuinely peaceful fulfilling nature unless it first happens within. The spiritual peaceful and poised life begins within and only as we find fulfillment, satisfaction, and contentment within does it show forth outwardly.

In this world living from personal knowledge, we meet with competition and desire or place and power. Not so when we release ourselves to the peace, poise and love of God. As we begin to experience inner peace, world peace will unfold. Effects follow cause always; it is the law. Therefore, it is most important to know and remember, peace is always an inside job and it is up to each of us to establish inner peace and express it in the world. Of course, we don't have to do it alone. The power of God is indeed behind us. Can you truly envision a world at peace?

I Just Want to Be Somebody - Part V

The Mirror of Your Mind

I have lamented many weeks and days and hours about publishing this part of "I Just Want to Be Somebody" because of what it contains, but the dialogue I have had says it is important for you to know. It is long and I had planned to publish it in 2 parts, but I feel that having thinking like this linger in mind for a month would be unkind. We generally have only 2% negativity in any article or affirmation.  Please bear with me. 

It contains negation, but it is relative to understanding what happens in the mind when we refuse to let go of the past as if it never happened.

I suggest you read this article with an open mind. It would be wise to refuse to be involved with negativity and simply allow the Real You to come forth in joy while releasing the past.

If there is anything in it that upsets you, it would be wise to stop and question the reason for what has happened to make this such an upsetting part of your life. Let Divine Wisdom be your guide and make the decision to "Let Nothing Disturb You."

Your mind mirrors what is in your heart. Your heart as spoken of in the Scriptures is the "soul" and the love that is there is a reflection of how great a lover of The Father and His Creation you are to Him. It is rare, very, very, very rare that anything touches the soul or should it be Soul, but even the Scriptures speak of this. The Textbook addresses hate three times, jealous once and jealousy once, "Thoughts of greed, selfishness and jealousy cause congestion in various functions of the body, especially the kidneys." P.255.3.

If in your mind you can pour Divine Love on everything and let it be accompanied with wisdom you will become a spiritual genius, a great success in everything you touch in mind. So it is the guidance of Divine Wisdom to never allow yourself to become embroiled with negation, mainly "hate or jealousy."

It can be simple or it can be difficult. It all depends upon you and believe it or not if jealousy is eliminated it will be simple to do.

Jealousy is a hindrance to every good thing that you expect to accomplish in life. It is like the string wrapped around a baseball underneath the skin of that ball. It is tightly woven around and causes the ball to be so tight that it is hard on the outside with an additional skin covering all the string inside.

These are some of the words that involve jealousy:

• Envy (The opposite is goodwill)
• Jealousy
• grudge
• Greed
• Desire
• Resentment
• Spite
• Be jealous of
• Be envious of
• Covet
• Resent
• Begrudge
• Covetousness (The opposite is generosity)
• Greed
• Greediness
• Materialismn
• Acquisitiveness
• Avariciousness
• cupidity
• Resentment (The opposite is like)
• Anger
• Bitterness
• Dislike
• Hatred
• Antipathy
• Offense
• Umbrage
• Bile
• Suspicion (The opposite is trust)
• Doubt
• Misgiving
• Thought
• Distrust
• Feeling
• Mistrust
• notion

Why all these negative words? If you are having many negative happenings in your life or you desire (which can make Good weak within you) wonderful happiness, then it is a wise belief that a look at your thoughts, be they negative or positive, (which can be positively negative) wisdom will call upon you to take a different look at what and how you are thinking.

What do you do with all these negative words? One method is to release them one by one and cast them into the sea of nothingness from whence these words have come.

The wisest way is to look at yourself with trust, faith and with a heart filled with the willingness to change. Remove desire and remove wanting to do this. If you constantly want something, it says that there are thoughts within that are talking back to you with the words similar to this: Do you really believe that? Is that what you really want? You said this yesterday, last week, last month. Or, you may even hear, "You know it will never come to you because...."

December is the month in which we celebrate the Birth of the Christ Child and it is also the perfect month for you to begin thinking about why you came to this plane of existence in the first place and what you plan to do about your life in the coming New Year.

Until you face the reality of your feelings and your beliefs, there is little hope of healing the mind and letting go of the past. Dr. Holmes said that we are to never be afraid of words. Thus, I say never be afraid to look squarely into your own eyes and allow the thoughts come through as you think them.

With the list of negative words given to you earlier, simply say each one and listen to your thoughts about them. Remember, you change what you are unafraid to look at. Whatever you are afraid to look at for whatever reason remains and simply grows stronger.

However, please realize that Divine Ideas stand back and wait for admittance through the doorway of your mind and if it is muddled with negativity, it cannot get through. We are so accustomed to listening to the business of our either good or negative thoughts that many of us never listen to our own thoughts and beliefs.

It is so very important that you study and re-study and then study again and re-study again what you do, for it is understanding that is so very important in changing your actions, your thoughts and even what is in your subconscious mind.

King Solomon said, "In all your getting, get understanding." This statement is never to be taken lightly if you truly mean business with what you are doing.

So many times we heard student after student say, "Been there. Done that." Yet, they were experiencing the same problems over and over.

Sometimes, it was that the problem took on a different shape and form, but it truly was the same problem. It would be so wonderful if every person's will was to be honest and to live and act in integrity. I believe that we would have some great material come through and many would find that Our Father's Divine Plan of peace and harmony makes everyone "Somebody" great.
