Jeffrey Dobkin was a featured speaker at the Yankee Inventors Expo for 11 years. He has given seminars for the US Postal Service and AT&T. He has written seven books and over 250 articles on inventing, advertising, and marketing.

Speaker Noemi Mendez is a Data Dissemination Specialist at the United States Census Bureau's Philadelphia Regional Office. Before joining the Philadelphia Regional Office in 2005, Ms. Mendez worked as a geographer at Census Headquarters in Suitland, Maryland in the Geographic Standards and Criteria Branch (GSCB).

What do visitors do on your website? Google Analytics is the most-used analytics tool on the planet. This introductory workshop will show you how to understand and measure customer behavior on your site. Instructors will demonstrate how to set up measurement goals and use the data to make better business decisions so that you can grow your business online.
This workshop will cover:
- An introduction to Google Analytics and Analytics Goals
- A discussion of what you can track as a goal
- A step-by-step demonstration for setting up goals in your Google Analytics account.
- Resources to help you learn more!
If you would like to follow along during the session please make sure that you bring a fully-charged laptop (charging space is limited).
This class assumes you have already signed up for a free Google Analytics account and installed the tracking code on your website. If you would like more information on how to complete these tasks, please email erefbsi@freelibrary.org.
