A Guide to Business Planning

Are you working on a marketing plan or trying to get a handle on your business finances? This program will provide small business owners and entrepreneurs with insight into financial considerations that are fundamental to planning and managing a successful business. Learn the principal components of a Marketing Plan and a Financial Plan as a guide to starting a new business or sustaining an existing one.

 

Presenter George Slook is a seasoned business educator with practical experience in academic, small business, and corporate environments. Mr. Slook designs and directs business planning seminars for adult education programs, as well as develops and delivers business education programs for veterans transitioning to civilian employment.
