 We are very excited for the upcoming Day Camp season!
New for this year, Scout-aged siblings of Cub Scouts may attend any of our Day Camp! Also, we are adding a number of bus routes all over the Council.
We want to make it easy and convenient for our families to attend Day Camp, and we hope these two new programs will do just that! The added convenience of siblings and bussing, along with the second week $100 discount, and our values based camp experience make Day Camp your best choice for summer day camp!

After being cooped up all winter don't sit at home this April School Vacation Week! Join us for one of over 16 different Boy Scout programs and Cub Scout Vacation Day Camp.. New this year are 5 different programs with the US Fish & Wildlife Service, along with other programs at the Save the Bay, Trinity Repertory Co. and USS Massachusetts! These programs always sell out, so don't delay!

Spring Cub & Boy Scout Camporees

This spring we are offering a number of Cub Scout and Boy Scout Camporees and there is something for everyone!
For Cub Scouts and Webelos we are offering our ever popular Chuckwagon Derby. Cubs can come for the day and Webelos have the option for staying over Saturday night.
For Boy Scouts we are offering the Pitmaster BBQ Cook-off Camporee in April, a Merit Badge Weekend at Coggeshall Farm in April, and a New Frontier Weekend at Yawgoog, focusing on newer Boy Scouts and getting to First Class.

Yawgoog's 100th Camping Season
Family Weekend 5/30-5/31 and Guided Hikes

We are very excited to be celebrating the 100th anniversary of Camp Yawgoog! It is such a huge milestone that it will take 2 years for us to celebrate! This year marks the 100th Camping Season, and 2016 is the Centennial Year. We have a number of events planned to celebrate.
Our theme for 2015 is "Come Back and Experience Yawgoog". To that end we are hosting a Family Camping Weekend on 5/30-5/31. You are invited to come back to Yawgoog and camp with your family. Meals, program and tent provided. We are also offering a number of guided hikes throughout the year. We hope to see you there. More events will be added, so stay tuned!
