Important Prize Related Tasks
- Place the prize order through the Trails End Website (Click on "Orders" and then "Unit Prize Order"
- Be sure to include a ZX Crossbow for each $700 Seller (With the regular prize order)
- Submit your TOP unit seller (Council Website)
- Submit your TOP online seller (Council Website)
- Submit your $1,000 sellers for the water park vacation drawing (Council Website)

Important Task & Tips
- Make photocopies of the boys order forms: These will be their "prospect lists" when the sale starts next year.
- Send thank you notes: Encourage the boys to make a simple thank you note, and photocopy it. Tape it to each container of popcorn you deliver. Send thank you notes to the store manager at you Show & Sell locations.
- Write it down: While it is fresh in your memory write down all of the contact info for your Show & Sell locations and how much you did each day and time. Write down what worked well with the kickoff, and what prizes the boys like best. Brainstorm some ideas for next year and write them down too.
- Find your replacement: Always be thinking about who is the next possible Popcorn Kernel for your unit. Start with the parents of the boys who had a lot of success. Bring them on as an Assistant Kernel to train them for a year or two
- Have Fun: Now that the sale is over, it's time to enjoy all of the fun and exciting programs and activities that popcorn will help fund!
