Scout Nights with the Providence Bruins

We will be kicking off another exciting season with the Providence Bruins with two special Narragansett Council Weekends.
All Scouts will receive a free P-Bruins hat, and collector's patch.Scouts, friends, and families are welcome.
Tickets are 50% at only $16 and $1 from every ticket goes back to the Narragansett Council to help support Scouting programs!

Emergency Preparedness Merit Badge
Weekend at Yawgoog - October 18-20

Join us for the fifth annual "Emergency Preparedness Weekend" hosted by Yawgoog Scout Reservation. This weekend is geared for scouts who need to earn either the First Aid or Emergency Preparedness merit badges. New for this year is Search & Rescue Merit Badge.
Participants may come as individuals, patrols, or troops. Host troops will be designated at certain provisional campsites to accommodate all campers.
Participants will be camping near, and eating at, the Medicine Bow Dining Hall. Scouts should be prepared for fall weekend camping including a tent, as well as proper clothing and gear.
The Hope Valley - Wyoming Fire District, and the Hope Valley Ambulance Squad are expected to visit us at this event. There should also be a special demonstration again this year.

Back again this year is our Annual Pinewood Derby Sale. By using our volume buying power we are able to offer Pinewood Derby cars to units at a discount price that is over $1 off per car and a savings of $53 per case.
You can pick up cars at either Scout Shop, at Popcorn Pick-up Day, or at Camp Yawgoog. We only offer this sale one time a year so don't miss out!.
