New Recruiting Incentives for Scouts
September means back-to-school and back-to-Scouting! As we
enter our big recruiting month of September we are excited to roll out some great new recruiting incentives for Scouts.
We've also completely revamped out recruiting plan for this Fall and are excited for our Join Scouting Week - September 23-27. Join us as we welcome thousands of new Scouts into our Scouting Family this Fall, and extend to them a warm welcome into your Pack, Troop or Crew. Better yet, don't just wait for them to come, invite them to an open house during Join Scouting Week!
Together we will help extend the excitement, fun, and values of the Scouting program to more kids than ever this Fall!

A fun-filled and excited year of Scouting program starts with some ideas, some planning, and funding your adventures by selling Trails End Popcorn!
By selling Trails End Popcorn over 70% of the funds stays local to support your Pack or Troop, and all of the great camps and programs our Council has to offer.
New for this year is an all new prize program, as well as some exciting new Council incentives.
Your unit not selling Popcorn? It's not to late to start. Either your whole unit, or just a den or patrol, or even individuals can sell. Contact Marc Cardin for more info.

Webelos-o-Ree
September 28-29 Camp Yawgoog
Join us for this exciting Webelos Camporee! Webelos will have a chance to participate in some great program activities during the day and will have a chance to have dinner with and interact with a Boy Scout Troop Saturday night!
Free Family Fun Day - October 5
Camp Champlin
Come join us for a great outdoor family event. This is also a great opportunity to introduce new families to Scouting. All Scouts, Parents and siblings attend for free! We will also have registration tables to have your New Scout sign up on the day of the event.
We will provide lunch and a a number of fun and exciting programs.
Chuckwagon Derby - October 19
Camp Cachalot
A Chuckwagon Derby is a Council wide, friendly competition of Scouting knowledge and spirit. This is the day that the boys in your Pack will meet boys from all over the Council and spend a day sharing "Cub Scout Spirit."
