Register Two New Scouts - Enter to win one of 4 $50 Gift Cards

The Narragansett Council is pleased to announce a new and exciting membership drive incentive for a limited time only! If your Cub Scout Pack, Boy Scout Troop, or Venturing Crew can recruit and register two new Scouts into your unit between November 1st and December 11th your unit will be entered in to win a $50 gift card to one of our Scout Shops!
You can also qualify if you can identify two youth that currently in your unit but not yet registered. In order to be eligible for the drawing, your two new Scouts must have their signed applications and membership fee delivered to any of our three convenient locations: East Bay Scout Shop, West Bay Scout Shop, or Council Service Center.
Remember, we have 4 gift cards in play, one for each of our Service Areas. Take the challenge and together we can offer our exciting Scouting program to more kids this fall!

This year marked our 25th Anniversary of the Scouting for Food Good Turn. On November 3rd, Scouts from across the Council went out en masse to collect food for the needy in our communities. Despite many obstacles from the storm the Scouts went out and did their good turn collecting over 200,000 lbs. of food!
The total collected in the 25 year Good Turn is over 8,000,000 lbs. of food! We extend many thanks and congratulations to Joe DeStefano for his many years of leadership of this hallmark event along with our sponsors WPRI and Walgreens. |

Here are the winners for the Drive for Membership campaign. Each Pack won a free weekend at one, two, or three Cub World Theme Areas:
