Community & Entertainment Happenings:
We've got a beautiful weekend ahead of us, and there is A LOT going on. The Annual FSA Food Show is happening right now at the Spokane Fair and Expo Center. More events, starting tonight, include: a Sushi Cooking Class at The Culinary Stone, Wandering Table Winemaker Dinner at Coeur d'Alene Cellars and Wine Dinner at Bistro on Spruce. Friday there's the Mixology 101 Cocktail Class at Spokane Community College and Hair at The Bing. Saturday is Earth Day Spokane, Whitestone's Spring Barrel Tasting and Paella Feast, Connected By Coffee with Doma Coffee Film showing at Pilgrim's Market, Sip, Swirl and Savor at Spokane Community College, Chocolate and Champagne Gala at Mirabeau Hotel and Convention Center, and Spokane Preservation Advocates SPA SPAtacular Fundraiser and Auction at The Spokane Club. Both Saturday and Sunday, you can enjoy Spokane Symphony's Musical Sorcery at the FOX. Be sure to RSPV for The Cellar's Spring Walla Walla Vintners Wine Tasting for Thursday, April 23rd. WINE DINNER
Thurs. April 16, 6pm
This is not your 'run of the mill' wine dinner!  The Bistro on Spruce will embark on a wine and dinner adventure focusing on exploration of the not so mainstream wines and the regional cuisine of their origins, or a pairing they simply couldn't resist.

SIP, SWIRL AND SAVOR
Sat. April 18, 5pm
This event features students from Spokane Community College's Inland Northwest Culinary Academy working alongside professional chefs to prepare a multi-course gourmet meal paired with fine wines from around our region.

CHOCOLATE AND CHAMPAGNE GALA
Sat. April 18, 6pm
An evening of champagne, chocolates, steak dinner and a live and silent auction.  All proceeds will benefit the Sexual Assault and Family Trauma Response Center of Lutheran Community Services Northwest.
