Fri. Sept. 12th ~ Artist Reception for Mel McCuddin at The Art Spirit Gallery, CdA
 The Art Spirit Gallery is holding an Opening Reception for artist Mel McCuddin Friday, September 12th, starting at 5pm in Downtown Coeur d'Alene. The gallery will exhibit 45 new abstract expressionistic paintings by this celebrated artist. All are invited to join The Art Spirit Gallery for the opening reception in conjunction with the 2nd Friday Downtown ArtWalk. Gather with friends and community members for a festive and cultural evening in Downtown Coeur d'Alene. This exhibit also includes five early abstract works from the '60s, unearthed from the artist's studio. And that's not all. Join SPAN North Idaho (Suicide Prevention Action Network) this Saturday for their 6th Annual Save the One Suicide Prevention/Awareness Walk. Registration starts at 9 am, walk starts at 10. The walk begins at O'Shay's parking lot and is a 3.8-mile walk along the Centennial Trail. The event is free, but with a $10 donation you will get a T-shirt.
