Coeur d'Alene is THE place to be this weekend! The annual Downtown Street Fair, Art on the Green and Taste of the Coeur d'Alenes are all taking place this Friday through Sunday! Other big events over the weekend include the Long Bridge Swim in Sandpoint, Downtown Spokane's First Friday Artwalk, Schweitzer's Huckleberry Festival in Sandpoint, Live Music at Pend d'Oreille Winery in Sandpoint, Coffee Cupping at Revel 77, Ballast Point Tasting at Enoteca, and Cooking Class with Chef Adam Hegsted at the JACC in Post Falls. Be sure to reserve your seat for the Wine by the Yards Wine Tasting Event taking place next Thursday. And don't forget all the great concert series taking place throughout the area. Fri. Aug. 1st - Sun. Aug. 3rd ~ Downtown Street Fair ● Art on the Green ● Taste of the Coeur d'Alenes
 This is a weekend everyone looks forward to all summer long! Join in the celebration of art, creativity and friendship at the 46th Annual Art on the Green at the old Fort Sherman Grounds on North Idaho College Campus. Arts and crafts abound at this family friendly event. Hours are noon to 7:30pm Friday, 10am to 7:30pm Saturday, and 10am to 5pm Sunday. In addition to Art on the Green, the 2014 Street Fair begins tomorrow, featuring more than 250 vendors, daily entertainment, food, fine art, crafts and more! Hours are 10am to 8pm Friday and Saturday, 10am to 5pm Sunday. And lastly ... who could forget Taste of the Coeur d'Alenes at City Park, three days of food, food and more food from local restaurants and area vendors. Sat. Aug. 2nd ~ Long Bridge Swim, Sandpoint
The Long Bridge Swim is this weekend! This annual swim in beautiful Sandpoint is the Northwest's premier open-water event. The Swim is 1.76 miles across Lake Pend Oreille. And it's a fun event for all ages! Whether you want to participate, volunteer or spectate, this event is it's fun for the whole family! Parking is available at Sandpoint High School. Sun. Aug. 3rd ~ Huckleberry Festival at Schweitzer, Sandpoint
This Sunday, head up to Schweitzer Mountain in Sandpoint for the eighth annual Huckleberry Festival. Fri. Aug. 1st ~ First Friday at Steam Plant, Spokane
 This Friday, 5 to 8pm, Steam Plant will be presenting The Art of Wood in conjunction with First Friday Artwalk. A collection of artisans working in wood present a variety of work using unique and rare woods with techniques tht are truly sculptural. This exhibit features Carl Bodenstein, Doug Eaton, John Altberg, Patrick Hickey and Ron Gooley. Plus, enjoy sample of Steam Plant's handcrafted brews!
