Fri. July 4th ~ Riverfront Park Fourth of July Celebration, Spokane
Make your Fourth of July a fun one by spending the day with family and friends at Riverfront Park in Spokane, featuring music, food and fireworks. Enjoy live performances including Square Dancers, Spokane Aerial, Blue Door Improv and Spokane Jazz Orchestra. Kids are sure to have a blastand keep busy with the Children's Meadow activities including face painting, fun guy inflatables, crafts and games. Riverfront Park rides and attractions will be open, and there will be a No-Li Brewhouse Adult Beverage Garden. End the night with the Spokane Tribe of Indians Fireworks Display. Fri. July 4th ~ Fourth of July Parade, Festival & Fireworks, Downtown Coeur d'Alene
Celebrate the 4th of July in beautiful Downtown Coeur d'Alene for the region's largest 4th of July Festival. The celebration kicks off at 11am with the American Heroes Parade at 15th Street and Sherman Aveue. After the parade, spend the afternoon at Coeur d'Alene City Park with enjoying live music, food vendors and games. The highlight of all festivities is North Idaho's largest fireworks display downtown over Lake Coeur d'Alene at dusk (around 9:45-10pm), which can be seen for miles along the lake shore.

Fri. July 4th ~ Old-Fashioned Fourth of July Family Fun Day, Lewiston
Celebrate this Independence Day with the Old-Fashioned Fourth of July Family Fun Day and Show N' Shine at Pioneer Park in Lewiston. Enjoy the Girls Scouts children's parade of wheels, local food vendors, local entertainment, old-fashioned fire truck rides, stagecoach rides and children's games and activities. Radio partner Big Country Radio, KHITS, and B973.com will bring you a show and shine. And the Lewiston Community Band will be playing classic patriot music starting at 4pm.

Fri. July 4th ~ Fourth of July Celebration, Sandpoint
Head to Sandpoint this fourth for a huge event-packed day. The morning parade kicks off the days festivities downtown, with the chidlren's parade starting at 9am, followed by he main parade at 10am. This year's theme is 'Proud to be an American.' Games for the kids start at 2pm at City Beach; then the stage kicks on with Fiddlin' Red performing at 3pm, followed by the Frank Moore Band until the fireworks show at dusk.

Sat. July 5th ~ 2nd Annual Stage2Stage Arbor Crest Music Fest, Spokane
The music is non stop and admission is free! This Saturday, noon to 8pm, gather your friends, bring your blankets and cam chairs, and enjoy the free concerts of Arbor Crest's 2nd Annual Stage2Stage Music Fest. There is a full line up of music. Celebrate Independence Weekend at the beautiful Cliff House Estate! The music lineup: noon-1:30pm Pamela Benton (Electric Violin and Guitar), 1:30-3pm Tracy Kendrick Trio ( Acoustic with edge), 3-4:30pm Monarch Mountain (Bluegrass Band), 4:30-6pm Alex Mabey (Folk-Pop Singer-Songwriter), 6-7:30pm Johnny and the Moondogs (Vintage Rock and Outlaw Country).

Thurs. July 3rd - Sun. July 6th ~ Wine Tasting at Little Italy's Post Falls
 This week's wines should prove to be great. All 3 of the wines are from Washington and all of them are from the Walla Walla area. Join Little Italy's and taste wines from the Walla Walla area. They are ipen 4 to 9pm Thursday, 1 to 10pm Friday and Saturday, and noon to 7pm Sunday. Featured Wines are Basel Cellars Forget Me Not White 2011, flying Fish Merlot, and Mannina Cali Red Blend 2011. Sat. July 19th ~ 5th Annual SpoKenya Run/Walk
 Saturday, July 19th, marks the 5th Annual SpoKenya Run/Walk, a race for clean water. Participants can run or walk the 7k loop (4.3 miles), and jogging strollers are welcome. The race takes off at Life Center Church at 9am. SpoKenya expo and packet pick-up Friday, July 18th, 3 to 7pm and Saturday, July 19th, 7 to 8:30am. Registration is $20 and closes on July 13th.
