This weekend is Spokane's Visual Arts Tour all throughout town! Two great charity and fundraising events are also happening this weekend: The ISAAC Foundation's Taste of Hope Auction at The Lincoln Center, and Wine Under the Stars at Palouse Discovery Science Center. Learn the Secrets of 315 at their cooking class at 315 Restaurant at the Greenbriar Inn, and drink wine and paint during Van Gogh and Merlot at Mezzo Pazzo Wine Bar. Also happening TONIGHT is the Poetry Out Loud National Recitation Contest at the Bing Crosby Center., and Lake City Playhouse presents its Pirates of Penzance Dinner Concert. Sun. Feb. 9th ~ Secrets of the 315 at 315 Restaurant in Coeur d'Alene
315's head Chef Brandon Mitchell will be teaching this class, held 3 to 5pm this Sunday. He will be demonstrating some of 315's tapas, sauces and seasonings from popular menu items in the restaurant. Brandon will encourage hands-on participation from class attendees and send you home with skills and recipes that you are sure to please friends and family with. Each dish will be shared in class with complimentary wine or nonalcoholic beverage.
