The Inland Northwest's biggest RV show and sale is this weekend at the Spokane County Fair and Expo Center! The doors open to the 26th annual Inland Northwest RV Show and Sale today, with the show continuing through Sunday. Major Dealers who will be at this year's show inlcude Airstream of Spokane, Freedom RV, Parkway RV, RnR RV Airway Heights, RnR RV Liberty Lake and RVs Northwest. Hours are noon to 8pm Thursday, 10am to 8pm Friday and Saturday, 10am to 4pm Sunday. Admission is $8, cash only, and is good all weekend long! Kids 12 and younger are free with an adult. Tues. Jan. 28th ~ Dark Chocolate Hand-Rolled Truffles at Chocolate Myracles in Spokane Valley
 Join Master Chocolatier Julia of Chocolate Myracles this Tuesday and learn to make heart-shaped truffles for Valentine's Day. She will demonstrate how to make a wonderfully delicious dark chocolate ganache and hand-rolled truffles in this hands-on class. Each student will make 1 pound of ganache (to take home) from start to finish, which makes up to 32 hand-rolled truffles. In addition, participants will hand roll and decorate several truffles in class, using Venezuelan cocoa powder, shaved chocolate couvetures and pecans.
