ADAM McMANUS ON 550, KTSA TODAY
MONDAY, OCTOBER 28 FROM 4:00-7:00 p.m.
I will be guest hosting this afternoon in San Antonio on 550,
KTSA for Sean Rima.
You can
listen live here from anywhere in America between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. central today.
I hope to interview
Texas State Senator Donna Campbell and Liberty Institute attorney
Jeff Mateer who spoke this past Friday night at an eye-opening panel at Pedrotti's Ranch in which they exposed the sham of ObamaCare.
They documented that ObamaCare:
- forces Americans to buy health insurance plans that cover abortion-inducing drugs and abortion.
- forces businesses to buy health insurance plans that cover abortion-inducing drugs and abortion.
- has led many Christian groups to fight the religious freedom violations since its inceptions.
- has only provided an exemption to churches and other houses of worship.
- is forcing Christian groups like Concerned Women for America, Christian hospitals and orphanages and religious orders to comply with the child-killing mandates or face major penalties.
- places so-called "abortion rights" above religious liberty.
Read
this Washington Times column on how ObamaCare is negatively impacting Little Sisters of the Poor which runs 30 health care facilities for the elderly.
What many people have forgotten is that President Obama's long-term goal has always been to implement a single-payer, universal health care plan. And that would make ObamaCare look like a walk in the park by comparison. It is socialized medicine from start to finish.
Watch this video. How quickly we forget.

President Obama describing how to reach single payer

One slide stood out to me in the PowerPoint presentation of Mario Diaz, an attorney with Concerned Women for America.
It showed that the Obama Administration has spent $700 million on the ObamaCare sales pitch and another $500 million on the ObamaCare website to presumably provide health care coverage to 30 million uninsured Americans.
He said this is less about providing health care and more about governmental control of our lives.
I think Jay Leno summarized my feelings perfectly.
"
Today there were more problems with the ObamaCare website. It seems when you type in your age, it's confusing because it's not clear if they want the age you are right now, or the age you'll be when you finally log in. Here's my favorite part: The president said yesterday that if it's taking too long you can bypass the website and enroll by mail. Only the federal government could come up with a website that's slower than sending something by mail."
I was also struck by the skyrocketing increase in documented hostility to Christians across this country as summarized in the Liberty Institute report entitled "
Undeniable."
If you get a chance, I would be
honored if you would tune in to hear my take today on ObamaCare as well as other issues on 550, KTSA here in San Antonio between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. central. And don't hesitate to call in and add your thoughts.
Thanks!
