It's here!  A new way to find help in Rutherford County 




Rutherford County residents have a new way to find help when they need it most: NC 2-1-1.  

2-1-1 service to Rutherford County was officially launched at a March 12th kickoff celebration event that included a ceremonial first call and ribbon cutting and was attended by around 100 community members, elected officials, service providers, and more.

Help raise awareness about 2-1-1 by educating your staff about the service and sharing materials with your customers. Brochures, magnets, business cards & other materials. Just email us to be connected with the 2-1-1 local partner entity in your county that can provide marketing materials.

United Way's 2-1-1 of WNC is the name formerly used by the Asheville NC 2-1-1 Center.  

If you are in a county that has had 2-1-1 service for a while, you might have links on your website or materials to 211wnc.org - thank you! 25% of our web traffic comes from direct links from providers like you, and we appreciate it.  That site is now re-directing to NC211.org.  You can save your customers time by updating your links and referrals using these tools such as logos and web banners that have been made available for your use.
