Certain congregations may be eligible for a tax credit of up to 25% of healthcare premiums paid in 2010-2013 under the Affordable Care Act. It's that time of year again. Portico Benefit Services and the Mayo Clinic wants ELCA-Primary health plan members to assess their health, and there's a reward of $150 in wellness dollars if you do. But there's a twist this year.
The focus is making change that lasts, and you can earn additional wellness dollars by creating meaningful, durable change in your lifestyle, or by sharing your experience of living well. So it's up to you. Take the Health Assessment by April 30.
