You can help keep more than $38,000 here in SEPA for mission by participating in the Portico Benefits 2% discount challenge.
It's simple - if you are an ELCA-Primary health plan member, we need you to take the Mayo Clinic Health Assessment before April 30. The same goes for your spouse, if he or she has ELCA-Primary health benefits.
If 65% or more of our eligible plan members and spouses take the assessment, every participating ELCA employer in the Synod will get a 2% discount on 2015 health premiums. As of today, just 25% of eligible plan members have taken the health assessment.

Just for taking the assessment, you earn $150 in wellness dollars to help offset out-of-pocket costs. What's more, if you tell us that you've taken the assessment* by sending an email with your name and contact info to sepasynod@gmail.com, with the subject I Took It, you'll be entered in a drawing for one of 10 $100 wellness bonuses to be awarded by the Synod!
* For privacy reasons Portico cannot tell us if you are a member, or if you have taken the assessment, so you must enter by sending an email.
